How do you cast a fresh eye on a silhouette that the collective unconscious has already absorbed millions of times?
In the mass consumer industry, visual standards dictate appetite appeal through dripping condensation and festive social contexts. For this visual research project, we took the opposite approach, making the radical choice of subtraction. By drying the glass and isolating the object within an absolute void, the product ceases to be a mere beverage and reverts to a pure archetype of industrial design.
This premise led us to treat the iconic bottle with the clinical rigor of a high-tech component. The camera's eye sweeps across the glass with the robotic precision of motion control, scrutinizing the material as one would inspect complex hardware or a piece of aerospace engineering. The lighting, meanwhile, abandons the warmth of nightlife tropes to impose incisive green beams. These light lines act as optical scanners, revealing the flawless geometry of the flask.
At the heart of this chiaroscuro, the red star, the glass embossing, and the typography of the cap stand out no longer as marketing gimmicks, but as absolute geometric landmarks. The goal of this art direction is no longer to evoke thirst or the moment of consumption. It is about extracting the brand from its everyday setting to illustrate the algorithmic consistency and mechanical perfection of a timeless icon, transforming a mundane object into a true industrial monolith.
